Travelling with multiple vehicles or different types? No problem! Simply select the number of vehicles during booking, and our system will automatically adjust the fare.
P.S. When booking a roundtrip journey, the number and type of vehicles need to be the same both ways.
While you can't book multiple seating types under one reservation, you can choose different seating categories for your onward and return journeys when booking a roundtrip.
Yes, we love having passengers of all ages on board, including children! Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, but feel free to explore the designated areas and enjoy the ocean breeze together. Remember, safety first! No standing on seats or chilling at the bow.
Absolutely! We've designated a special area on our ferry where you and your pets can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze together. Please note that pets are only allowed in the designated pet area and vehicle deck. Pets must be accompanied at all times.
Currently, GST is not applicable on ferry tickets.
Currently, for safety reasons, we don’t permit electric 2-wheelers onboard.
All passengers require a ticket. Infants above the age of 2 days and under the age of 3 years as on the date of travel are treated as infant. Age proof may be asked at the time of check in. Tickets for infants are available at concessional rates. All passengers above the age of 3 years require a full ticket.
Upon a successful payment, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation at your email address. Kindly check your junk and spam folders if you are unable to locate it.
Forgot to book in advance? Don't worry! We offer tickets at the terminal on a first-come, first-served basis. However, booking online guarantees your spot and saves you time at the port.
We provide wheelchair facilities to take you up to your seating category from the vehicle deck. However, we do not offer this facility during the monsoon season due to safety concerns.

You’ll receive your tickets at the time of check-in. Simply show us the QR code or Booking ID from your booking confirmation or app and we’ll give you your physical tickets.
Tickets are like personalised invitations; they can't be passed on. Remember, each traveller needs to bring a valid government-issued ID for boarding.
Worried about parking? Don't sweat it! There is a vehicle waiting area at both terminals for passengers travelling with their vehicles. But for foot passengers, street parking is the way to go. If you need guaranteed long-term parking, we suggest making your own arrangements beforehand.

If you wish to change your car, simply reach out to us, and we’ll make the changes! If the price of the new car is higher, you'll just need to cover the difference. You can do that by reaching out to us or when you arrive at the check-in counter.
Absolutely! Upgrading your ticket is easy and convenient. Do keep in mind that upgrades are subject to availability.

  • *For passengers purchasing tickets for Skoda Superb Lounge, there is no modification until 2 hours before departure. 
  • For passengers requesting a trip change, a penalty / fare difference will be applied as above. No fare difference will be refunded.
  • There are no refunds on any modification charges.
  • For bookings with more than 25 passengers please contact support@m2mferries.com
Once your cancellation request is approved according to our policy, you can expect to receive your refund within 14-18 working days. If you have any concerns or inquiries about your refund status, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

Don't worry! If you happen to miss your sailing by up to 10 minutes, simply notify our onground team, and you can modify your booking for the next available trip. However, please note that a 50% surcharge will apply in this scenario. Alternatively, if you miss the sailing entirely, it will be considered a no-show, and unfortunately, no refund will be applicable.

  • We understand the importance of travelling comfortably, which is why each passenger is allowed only one item of hand luggage in the common areas of the ship.
  • If you're travelling without a vehicle, you can store one suitcase per person in the luggage storage at no extra charge. For additional luggage, please reach out to us for tariff details.
  • Please note that our seating areas are reserved for passengers and not to store your luggage. Hence, we will request you to kindly keep any items larger than a handbag in the luggage stowage on the vehicle deck.
  • Items such as furniture, boxes, or large suitcases not stored in a vehicle are considered cargo. Feel free to contact us in advance for tariff rates and bookings.
Some items are best left at home for everyone's safety. Examples include illegal drugs, flammable liquids, explosives, sharp objects, and more. You can find a complete list of restricted items in our  Terms and Conditions . These and other similar items will be confiscated upon being found.
Misplaced something on your journey? No worries! Both terminals have lost and found offices to help you retrieve your belongings. Just call us during office hours at +91 8291902662, and we'll do our best to assist. Remember, unclaimed items are disposed of after a while, so don't delay!

Getting Checked In :

  • Arrive 30-45 minutes before trip time to complete your check-in and security check on time. Keep your booking confirmation handy!
  • Keep an eye on your little ones; they shouldn't be left alone.

Travelling with Pets :

  • Only one attendant is allowed in the pet zone with your furry friend.
  • Keep your pet secured and supervised at all times.

Luggage & Safety :

  • Leave your luggage in the designated area on the loading deck for safekeeping. You can take your handbag with you to your seat (1 per person).
  • Pay attention to the safety briefing and instructions on board.
  • Firearms and sharp objects are a no-no.
  • Turn off your car engine when boarding and keep it parked with the handbrake on.
  • Spitting, smoking, and littering are strictly prohibited.
  • No outside food or drinks are permitted.
  • For your safety, please don't lean on the railings.



Your safety is at the heart of everything we do. Our ferries comply with the strictest regulations for construction, operation, and navigation. We take every precaution to ensure a smooth and secure journey.
Upon boarding, pay close attention to the safety briefing and evacuation procedures. You'll also find clear instructions displayed throughout the ferry. Feel free to ask our crew if you have any questions.
Our ferries are built to handle all weather conditions, including monsoons. In cases of severe weather, your voyage may be rescheduled or cancelled for your safety. We'll keep you informed throughout.
We take fire safety seriously, with strict adherence to regulations and comprehensive fire protection systems in place. Our crew members are trained to handle emergency procedures, ensuring the safety of all passengers.
Absolutely. We provide an ample supply of life jackets, each accompanied by clear instructions for proper use. Our crew is also trained to assist passengers in locating and wearing life jackets in case of emergency.
For everyone's peace of mind, CCTV cameras monitor the ferry 24/7, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited onboard and in the terminal area. To maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all passengers, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to this policy.  We will levy a fine and confiscate your cigarettes or e-cigarettes if we find you not adhering to this rule.
Meals aren't included in your ticket, but fear not! Our onboard cafeteria and bar offer delicious meals and refreshing beverages to fuel your journey. 
If you've booked a Skoda Superb Lounge ticket, you'll be treated to a complimentary drink and snack platter.
The consumption of outside food and drinks is not permitted onboard or on the terminal premises.
