1. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
2. No show tickets are non refundable and non modifiable
3. If a passenger arrives late and is unable to board the ferry, the following will apply
a) If seats are available on the same day, the passenger will be rebooked with a 50% surcharge.
b) If there are no seats or if the passengers declines to travel, the ticket will be treated as a no-show.
4. For bookings up to 25 passengers*, the following cancellation policy will be followed -
